I tried a hypnotherapy session for the first time. I chose to be open and receptive, although it was hard to believe that I could achieve fast and effective results. I want to commend the professional approach—from the quality of the conversation and the recording to the attention to personal details. I listened to the recording longer than the recommended period—I chose to continue for three months, until I felt I no longer needed it. I came to the Rapid Transformational Therapy session with a very practical and specific challenge—I was struggling to learn a foreign language. Now, five months after my first session, I haven’t mastered the language yet, but my curiosity to learn has returned, and a lot of tension has disappeared. Unexpected and even "strange" situations started unfolding—where I found myself initiating conversations in another language, even when I didn’t really want to. The process itself surprised me. I had never been hypnotized before and thought it might not

would happen, which made it easier to relax. During the session, I felt as if my inner self was

I started seeing Vilma when I was pregnant with my second child, as my experience with the first one was extremely emotionally difficult (postpartum depression, crumbling relationship with my husband). I wanted to prepare for the arrival of my second child.
