Hypnosis is a powerful combination of detachment, immersion, and openness to new experiences, the culmination of which was once called a “trance,” but modern hypnotherapists simply call it the “hypnotic state.” By using specific imagery, this state can be reached within just a few minutes. In this state, one can expect deep relaxation, reduced sensitivity to external stimuli, and, at the same time, experience cognitive flexibility, enhanced concentration, attentiveness, and openness to new suggestions.

We also experience similar states in everyday life: for example, when we become deeply immersed in a movie or a book, while daydreaming, or when we travel from one place to another on autopilot, “lost in our thoughts”.

Hypnotherapy – Rapid Transformational Therapy - is a collaborative process lasting about a month, designed to bring you rapid and lasting changes that you desire.

The main hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 2 hours, but it is recommended to set aside 3 hours to ensure we can complete the process calmly if needed. Following this session, within the next 3-4 business days, a personalized, unique hypnotherapy audio recording (~20 minutes) will be created exclusively for you, reflecting the changes you desire and designed to reinforce your transformation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Listening to your hypnotherapy audio recording at least once a day for at least 21 days is a crucial part of RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY.

When clients are consistently engaged in this process – desired changes are reinforced at the neural level —making them permanent! Later, you can listen to this recording as often as you like and whenever you need it. ~20 minutes of daily therapeutic pleasure! Neuroscience suggests dedicating 63 days to the process—this is the time needed for new habits to form, for desired thought patterns to take root, and for preferred behaviors to become natural. After listening to the hypnotherapy audio recording for at least 21 days, a 1-hour follow-up session is scheduled. This session is dedicated to discussing the changes that have occurred, exploring further collaboration opportunities, and addressing your individual needs.

 

Hypnotherapy is about a month of our work together.
